IT support technician - 100% French certification

📝 BUSINESS DESCRIPTION AND OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES

Do you want to retrain in the IT field without going back to lengthy studies? This opportunity is made for you!

Your missions will consist of:

• Respond to user requests on existing communications channels (telephone, emails, ITSM portals)
• Qualification of user tickets
• Diagnose a breakdown or malfunction (hardware or software) remotely or on site
• Identify the resources needed to resolve the problem.
• Remote support, on-site intervention,
• Analyze, process requests and if necessary, escalate to L2/L3 support
• Ensure the traceability of actions via a ticket/ITSM management tool (GLPI, Easyvista, ServiceNow, etc.)

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to:

To carry out technical support missions to users, by taking into account, managing, monitoring and reporting hardware incidents or software malfunctions through the application of diagnostic and troubleshooting methodologies; adequate

💸Salary:Average salary after training: 24 to 27K€/year *

  PREREQUISITES 

• From Bac to bac + 2 computer science
• You have excellent customer relations and excellent listening skills
• You are curious in order to ensure technological monitoring.
• English is a plus
• Spirit of service / Team spirit / strong user contact
