This certified training will allow you to acquire the essential knowledge to understand the framework as well as the role defined for the job of Product Owner.

Your missions will consist of:

• Identify user expectations and the benefits of digital transformation for the end customer.
• Create an accurate profile of users to identify the most relevant features for the product.
• Collect and plan feedback and new features of the product, making sure to list the acceptance criteria essential for its understanding by the production team.
• Create your dashboard for monitoring changes and improvements (Product Backlog) by regularly carrying out exchanges with users to obtain feedback
• To assume the role of digital project manager (Product Owner) by ensuring responsibility for the definition and design of a digital product or service.

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to:

• Participate in the implementation, evolution and optimization of information systems during a digital transformation or a client project, by collecting user feedback, planning the stages of creating the product or service and setting up monitoring dashboards

PREREQUISITES

• Bac+5: engineering school, business school, digital marketing
• You have initial experience in IS project management
• You are attracted by digital transformations
• You are good communicator, curious, dynamic and able to adapt quickly
• You have a good level of English
