📝BUSINESS DESCRIPTION AND OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES

Your missions will consist of:

• Analyze the need expressed in the functional specifications and the configuration file.
• Integrate large-scale projects of great diversity in France and internationally, around the field of HRIS, career management, HR Mobility consultant, training, LMS,
• Participate in the different phases of the life cycle of integration, upgrade and/or deployment projects of SAP SUCCESSFACTORS software packages
• Establish close collaboration with the client and participate in improving their performance.
• Constantly develop your know-how and stay on top of new legislation

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to:

• To analyze customer needs and lead the implementation project of the SAP SUCCESSFACTORS HRIS solution in line with these expectations.

💸Salary:Average salary after training: €32 to €45K/year *

  PREREQUISITES 

• Bac+5 minimum: you are a graduate of a major business school, engineering, a Master II (HR/HRIS, Change Management), Digital Marketing, Journalism, etc.
• You are recognized for your listening and communication skills; as well as your analysis, synthesis and adaptation skills
• You have writing and interpersonal skills. You demonstrate autonomy, dynamism and a spirit of initiative
• You have a decent level of English
