Oracle HRIS Consultant - 100% French certification

📝 BUSINESS DESCRIPTION AND OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES

Working directly with the client as an Oracle HRIS Consultant, you will be able to take part in all types of missions around the Oracle HCM solution: from expertise in upstream phases to implementation projects.

Your missions will consist of:

• Integrate large-scale projects of great diversity in France and internationally, around the field of HRIS, career management, HR Mobility consultant, training, LMS, etc.
• Participate in the different phases of the life cycle of integration, upgrade and/or deployment projects of Oracle HCM software packages (on-premise or in SaaS mode).
• Establish close collaboration with the client and participate in improving their performance.
• Constantly develop your know-how and pass it on.

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to:

• Analyze customer needs and lead the implementation project of the Oracle HRIS solution in line with these expectations

💸 Salary: Average remuneration upon completion of training: €32 to €45K/year *

  PREREQUISITES 

• Bac+4/5 you are a graduate of a Business school or University, a Master's degree (HR/SIRH, Change Management, Digital Marketing), etc.
• You are recognized for your listening and communication skills; as well as your analysis, synthesis and adaptation skills.
• You have writing and interpersonal skills. You demonstrate autonomy, dynamism and a spirit of initiative.
• Fluency in English is a plus
