📝 BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

Your missions will consist of:

• Supporting organizations to succeed in their change and acceptance of new tools
• Analyze the factors of change
• Convince employees of the merits of the transformation and examine the forces involved
• Managing resistance
• Establish transformation processes to articulate the project
• Define new practices and get the new tools used
• Stabilize and consolidate the new methods, the new organization
• Adapt and avoid failure

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to:

• Carry out complete change management from thinking about the new project to monitoring its implementation, including communication and supported implementation

💸 Salary: Average salary after training: €38 to €44K/year *

  PREREQUISITES 

• Bac 3 to +5: engineering school, business school, Digital Marketing or HR training
• Young graduates: possible
• A first experience in IS project management and/or HR experience is a plus
• You are attracted by digital transformations.
• You are good communicator, curious, dynamic and able to adapt quickly.
• You have a fluent level of English.
• You are autonomous, rigorous and proactive while enjoying working in a team
• You have good listening and analytical skills
• You know how to bring together stakeholders with a facilitator posture and impactful communication
