About the event


ServiceNow includes a suite of integrated applications (ITSM, PPM, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) on a platform enabling the digital transformation of the company.

The latter is equipped with a powerful workflow engine that cuts across all processes. This involves relying on a solid and scalable environment which makes it possible to support the largest French and foreign groups in the transformation and standardization of their IT and business processes.

The ServiceNow ITSM consultant supports its clients in the evolution of their IT organization and in the design of ITSM solutions to maximize their performance.

Its missions will consist of:

  • Conduct interviews with the client to define the challenges, needs and areas for improvement of their IT organization
  • Help the client (the different professions of a company) in defining their organization (at the DSI, Programs or Project/Service level)
  • Write specifications for ITSM solutions based on ServiceNow
  • Manage the relationship with decision-makers (DSI, area managers, etc.) until the specifications are validated
  • Configure and configure IT solutions
  • Put the solution into production and test it
  • Assist and train users on the tools

💸 Salary: Average salary after training: €37 to €42K/year *


  • Bac+5 engineering school or university in an IT or scientific sector
  • You have skills in web or object development or experience in ITSM
  • You are good communicator, dynamic and able to adapt quickly
  • You have a good level of English
