About the event

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION AND OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES

The SAP ERP consultant participates in the development of consulting activities and the implementation of SAP suite solutions. It supports its clients in the development of technical-functional financial solutions and users in the appropriation of new functionalities and new uses.

Your main missions will be as follows:

  • Collect needs from users/customers and participate in the drafting of technical and functional specifications
  • Configure the modules according to the client's business needs
  • Collaborate with the business to analyze its requirements for new system functions to be integrated
  • Carry out the tests associated with the configuration: unit tests, integration tests
  • Implement and deploy SAP tools to users: installation, configuration of functionalities
  • Implement and support change management within the IS transformation framework
  • Train users on new processes and solutions
  • Write functional specifications for carrying out developments and provide operational support to the development team
  • Assist SAP users with their requests and operational issues

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to:

  • Implement SAP through Finance functionalities to be configured in line with customer needs, business flows and support the evolution of the application and the different handling

💸 Salary: Average salary after training: 42 to 55K€/year *

PREREQUISITES
  • Bachelor's degree from 5 universities or business school with experience in accounting or management control
  • You have 10 years of experience maximum
  • Rigorous, creative and with excellent interpersonal skills, you have a keen sense of customer service
  • You are mobile, dynamic and able to adapt quickly
  • You have a good level of English

  • Face-to-face and/or remote training alternating theoretical presentation and practical work – on the FITEC NANTERRE site

TRAINER AND PEDAGOGY

Each trainer at FITEC must have a dual role: expert and teacher. It is this dual skill that guarantees optimal skill acquisition for each trainee. All trainers have completed training and are proficient in the Teams tool. They were also trained in the organization of distance training as soon as it was set up.

QUALITY OF TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

A trainer runs the course on a Teams group, shares his video and his screen, distributes his materials, makes a documentary base available, interacts with the trainees, launches the practical work on cloud tools and platforms, can take control of the positions .

LEARNING PACE AND SEQUENCING Distance learning courses are therefore synchronous courses that require everyone to be present, like a virtual training room. The schedule is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. per day.

INTERACTIVITY

At any time, trainees can interact with the trainer, ask oral questions using the microphone or in writing on the Teams chat. The trainees' microphones are muted by default and anyone can activate it to intervene.

ACCOMPANIEMENT

For each training session, in addition to the trainer, a moderator who is a member of the teaching team ensures that the distance training runs smoothly. He remains connected to the training, checks the connections, answers the trainees' questions or difficulties, records the session. The trainer can thus concentrate on the educational delivery of his course. An online satisfaction questionnaire is completed by the trainees.

EVALUATION PROCEDURES – VALIDATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SKILL

20% of the time is devoted to the theoretical course and 80% of the time is devoted to practical work, exercises and projects. The complete Reskilling courses are validated by a final professional simulation and an online or in-person defense in front of a jury of professionals in the field. Each part, technical-functional achievement and oral restitution, are associated with rating forms of a set of criteria on Knowledge, Know-How and Soft skills.
