📝 BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

Consultant in Change Management means being convinced that people are the driving force behind organizations and support is the key to success

You will intervene transversally in all sectors of activity from the phases of needs analysis and framing to the operational deployment of a new organization, new processes or the use of new digital tools.

You will be able to:

• Participate in the definition of the need, the analysis of the brakes and levers and the framing of the project
• Design the organization and the change support strategy
• Implement and monitor action plans on the different areas of change management (communication, skills development, mobilization and deployment)
• Manage and pilot projects and/or construction sites (planning and production of deliverables, supervision of consultants, animation of progress meetings)
• Apply methodologies based on Agility, risk management, best practices,   the involvement of third parties
• Implement planning and training tools for handling new application solutions linked to the transformation project you are leading

💸 Salary: Average remuneration upon completion of training: €35 to €42K/year *

  PREREQUISITES 

• Bac+5: engineering school, business school, Digital Marketing.
• You have initial experience in IS project management.
• You are attracted by digital transformations.
• You are good communicator, curious, dynamic and able to adapt quickly.
• You have a good level of English.
• You are autonomous, rigorous and proactive while enjoying working in a team
• You have good listening and analytical skills
• You know how to bring together stakeholders with a facilitator posture and impactful communication
